This
is a competitive team program that mainly derives from the
recreational gymnastics program. Young team groups are formed
at an early age and develop the skills needed to compete at the
local, state, regional, and national levels. USA Gymnastics is
the governing body that sets forth the rules and policies for
competition. Here at Shenandoah Tumblers, Inc. we begin
competing our girls at level 4 and they then have the ability to
advanced through the elite level of competition. It is at this
point where Olympic hopefuls and college gymnast are produced.
These girls can train as much as 17 hours per week during the
competitive season and attend upwards of 15 competitions.
